Digitizing & Proofing
Our team digitizes your artwork and sends you a digital proof within 24–48 hours.

Proof Approval
Review and approve your proof. Revisions are free and unlimited until you're satisfied.

Production
Once approved, your order enters production. Embroidery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Quality Check
Every finished item is inspected by our QC team before packaging.

Shipping
Your order ships via UPS or FedEx. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Rush & Express Options
Need your order faster? We offer rush production for an additional fee:
