Get a QuoteAbout Screen Printing
Screen printing (also called silk screening) is the go-to method for bold, multi-color designs on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more. Ink is pressed through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric, creating vibrant colors that last the life of the garment.
Screen printing is ideal for orders of 24 pieces or more, where the setup cost per piece is offset by quantity.

Screen Printing vs. Embroidery
Not sure which method is right for you?
- Screen Printing is best for: large runs, colorful designs, soft feel, lower per-piece cost at high quantities
- Embroidery is best for: professional/corporate look, polos and caps, long-lasting durability, premium appearance
Many of our customers use both: screen printing for t-shirts and embroidery for hats and button-downs. Contact us and we'll recommend the best approach for your project.
