Our Policy
StitchPro USA wants you to be completely satisfied with every order. If there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error on your order, we will reprint or refund at no charge.
Custom Embroidered Items
Because all items are custom-produced to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on correctly produced orders. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving production.
